Creative people always have to present their ideas to rational people for approval. That never happens the other way round, does it? You don't get accountants coming to your office saying I think the answer is 4.7, but maybe you've got a wacky idea that might be better. There's a complete asymmetry in corporate decision-making because the rational people have the power of veto, whereas the creative people only have the power of suggestion.
